Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Dummies, and it’s Workbook are books that live on my shelf. There are times when I need a little mental health boost, and these are simple to read and easy to use.

Rewire Change Your Brain

I was SO excited to see that Richard O’Connor, PhD had written another book. Rewire:Change Your Brain is a great resource, especially if you’re interested in working through self destructive behaviour.
