About me

Hello! I am a multi-passionate writer who focuses on personal development, health and wellness, and parenting.

You will learn about the books I’m reading, how I work through mental and physical health challenges (Tip#1 the word “challenge” will serve you better than “problem” or “issue”), and my struggles with family and parenthood.

My current self development project is creating a pilgrimage from home! You will be able to read about the actual trails I’m walking in Southern Ontario, as well as the topic of contemplation for that week’s walk.

My aim is to share what has worked for me or for others that I’ve met along the way. Hearing the stories of others during times of struggle or crisis gives me hope because it lets me know I’m not alone, and that’s primarily why I write; I want you to know that you’re not alone.

Take from my writings what works for you and leave the rest behind. I love getting feedback, so if you have any writing critiques, compliments, or topics you’d be interested in me to write about, let me know.
